About Us

Jennifer earned her B.A. in Political Science from Seattle Pacific University (quite a few years ago!). She began her career on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., before returning to the Pacific Northwest to work in marketing while starting a family. Jennifer and her husband, Jordan—high school sweethearts—both grew up in the greater Seattle area.

In 2017, they moved to Columbus, Ohio, when Jordan accepted a pastoral role at a multi-site church. Today, Jennifer and Jordan stay busy with their two children, two dogs, and their meaningful experience fostering three children.

Jennifer loves spending time with family and friends, jogging, enjoying great food, and—when time allows—binge-watching shows with a stash of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups close by.

With more than 15 years of real estate experience, Marie Pugsley is a licensed REALTOR® who brings knowledge, dedication, and exceptional care to every client and transaction she supports. As Senior Team Associate for Milestone Collective, Marie plays a key role in ensuring each step of the buying and selling process is handled with precision, professionalism, and clear communication. Her goal is simple: to make the real estate experience as smooth, organized, and stress-free as possible.

Marie is known for providing outstanding customer service and consistently going above and beyond for clients, agents, and partners alike. Her commitment to excellence has earned her the President’s Excellence Award. She believes strong relationships, thoughtful attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving are the foundation of a successful real estate experience.

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Marie has deep roots in the community and a strong faith that guides both her personal life and professional values. She and her husband of 28 years are proud of their blended family, which includes four sons and two grandsons, along with a lively household featuring one cat and one dog.

Outside of real estate, Marie has a deep passion for serving families in need. She currently serves as Board Chair of Patches of Light, a Hilliard-based nonprofit that supports families with children facing catastrophic health issues and financial hardship. This mission is especially close to Marie’s heart and reflects her desire to come alongside families during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Genevieve is a rising star in real estate with Milestone Collective, bringing fresh energy, creativity, and a heart for service to the team. As she prepares to complete her licensing, she is eager to step into the real estate industry and begin serving clients with excellence. A recent graduate with an Associate’s degree in Marketing, Genevieve offers a strong foundation in digital strategy and innovative thinking; skills she is excited to use to elevate the buying and selling experience.

Genevieve brings over four years of experience in the service and hospitality industry, where she developed a deep commitment to customer care, strong communication, and natural leadership abilities. Most recently she served at the prestigious Wedgewood Golf & Country Club, where she has been known for her attention to detail, dedication, and genuine care for each guest’s experience. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every interaction leaves people feeling valued, cared for, and fully satisfied.

Originally from a small town north of Columbus, but moving closer to the city later, Genevieve spent the past several years living in the surrounding suburbs of this great city, giving her a genuine appreciation for the many communities that make up our area.

Raised in a faith-oriented family and school, Genevieve’s values of integrity, service, and community are at the core of who she is. She is actively involved in serving through her church and local community, and she carries that same heart for others into her professional life.

Genevieve is passionate about building meaningful, lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues. She looks forward to combining her marketing background and service experience to guide clients with care, creativity, and confidence—helping them find not just a house, but a place to truly call home.

Liz is the Operations & Administrative Coordinator for Milestone Collective—and if something is organized, scheduled, streamlined, or running smoothly, chances are she’s behind it. She supports the team across multiple areas and takes pride in keeping everything (and everyone) on track.

After a career filled with administrative and leadership responsibilities, Liz decided to take early retirement… which lasted approximately four months. Turns out, she wasn’t finished serving. Now she brings her experience, heart for people, and love of organization to help ensure every home purchase and sale flows as smoothly as possible while supporting the team in all they do.

Liz believes serving others is both a calling and a joy. She values the opportunity to love people well and to reflect the love of Jesus in each interaction—something she considers a true honor and privilege.

Liz and her husband met at The Ohio State University and never found a reason to leave Columbus. They have six grown children, nine grandchildren, and are embracing the beauty of empty nesting—especially when it includes grandkid visits, lots of fun, and returning them home fully sugared and smiling. They both serve on the board of Patches of Light, a nonprofit organization that assists families with children facing catastrophic health issues and financial hardship. This organization touches the heart of who they are as they have walked a similar journey.
